Filtering Processes and Operations
Stage1: After beer fermentation to purifying the beer
On the stage, a few coagulated matter such as yeast and protein is suspended in the beer, causing the beer to become cloudy and turbid. The diatomaceous earth filter and candle filter are recommended. The candle filter and diatomaceous earth filter both need diatomite to precoat to improve the filtration effect.
Stage2: Before bottling
The stainless steel frame and plate filter is recommended, because there is very little and very tiny impurities in the beer on the stage, using a finer filter sheet to further purify beer.
