The automatic chemical dosing machine is suitable for the process of dissolving and continuously adding chemical dosing. The equipment combines the four functions of dry powder dosing device, water inlet unit, solution tank, and automatic liquid level instrument.  It integrates automatic batching, dissolution, and dosing, and dissolves powdered flocculants into flocculants solution.

Common applications include flocculation treatment of municipal or industrial wastewater, flocculant production in sludge dewatering process, drinking water purification treatment, wastewater treatment in chemical, paper, and metallurgical industries.

Functions

Function 1: 
Dry powder dosing device: The equipment is equipped with a dry powder dosing device, and the volume of the feeding hopper is large, which can reduce the number of dry powder dosing.     According to the required concentration, prepare the medicament (powder) to be added.

Function 2: 
Water inlet unit: The water inlet unit of the equipment is composed of a solenoid valve, a pressure gauge, and a flow meter to obtain a certain amount of water, so that the water and the medicament (powder) to be added are prepared in a certain proportion.

Function 3: 
Solution tank: The equipment is equipped with a solution tank, there are two tank and three tank options, each tank is installed with an electric stainless steel mixer, which can be fully mixed after the solute and water are configured in a certain proportion.

Function 4: 
Automatic liquid level control instrument: when the liquid level rises to a certain point, it can automatically start and stop to ensure the continuity of the automatic chemical dosing machine.

We will provide foundation drawing to the clients for intallation. Besides, we can provide guidance service for installation and operation of workers, etc.

We can produce wearing parts for our clients. If your equipment are not manufactured by our company, please provide us the wearing parts drawing.
