Description of Candle Filter Machine
Candle filter is also called filter cake layer filter, it is composed of the vertical vessel and vertically filter units. The filter units consist of poriferous petaloid filter cartridge and filter cloth. The real filter medium are the filter cloth and filter cake layers that covering the filter cartridge . The entire filter process is totally sealed without any spillage or environment pollution. It can realize automatic filtration, feeding washing & air drying, and air back blowing to discharge residuals at one time. The filter process is in high speed and zero pollution, it brings largest economic benefit.

Structure of Candle Filter Machine
The filter unit is composed of a perforated filter tube and a filter cloth sleeve. The actual filter medium is a filter cloth wrapped on the surface of the filter cartridge, which can be sealed and fastened to the surface of the filter cartridge with a special clamp. There can be several liquid collecting assemblies of the same structure in a filter, and several filter cartridges are suspended on each liquid collecting assembly, and the filtered liquid flows out through the liquid collecting assembly and the outlet pipeline outside the cylinder.
