PLC controlled hydraulic stainless steel plate and frame fine filter is made of 1Cr18Ni9Ti or 304 or 306 high-quality stainless steel materials. The filtration temperature can reach 180°C. This machine integrates coarse filtration and fine filtration, and is suitable for solid-liquid separation of various suspensions. Stainless steel filter presses are specially developed to meet the high requirements of hygiene and purity, and are especially suitable for solid-liquid separation in laboratories, fine chemicals, pharmaceuticals, herbal extraction, food, and cosmetics production.

• Seal ring material: white silicone rubber(Seal ring material is optional.);

• Applicable filter material: various thick filter cardboards, thin various filter papers, filter membranes, filter cloths, etc;
• Filtration fineness: suitable for filter media from 200-mesh, 300-mesh filter cloth for coarse filtration to 0.22μm, 0.45μm for fine filtration, filter paper, filter membrane;
• Cardboard fine filter: The plate and frame are pressed flat by plane, which is suitable for clamping thick filter cardboard, such as support plate, pre-filter plate, fine filter plate, sterilization plate, etc. with a thickness of 3-5mm.

Our warranty period is 1 year. Wearing parts and problem coursed by worker's wrong operation are not included.

3. What's the after sale service of your company?
We will provide foundation drawing to the clients for intallation. Besides, we can provide guidance service for installation and operation of workers, etc.

We can produce wearing parts for our clients. If your equipment are not manufactured by our company, please provide us the wearing parts drawing.
