The chamber filter plate and membrane filter palte is made of high-strength high molecular weight polypropylene material through an extrusion die. Each box board undergoes a strict process. It is modified for different application environments to adapt to the filtration temperature range of 0~95 ºC, and the filtration pressure can reach up to 3 Mpa.

1. Suitable for filtering harsh chemical materials, such as strong acidic, strong alkaline, or high concentration of heavy metal ions.
2. Filtration temperature range: 0~95 ºC.
3. Water washing(cake washing) effect: The washing water consumption and washing time of the filter cake can reach the same indicators as those of the German filter plate.
4. Filtering and pressing pressure: max 3.0 MPa.
5. The filter plate accuracy reaches the European filter plate standard.
