Product Description

 

Yuwei Stainless Steel Filter Press is used for the solid-liquid separation of all kinds of suspension, especially suitable for the fine filter and sterile filtration of large quantities of beer, liquor, wine, edible oil and other liquid drink.

1. Feeding pressure 0.6-2.0 Mpa, Hydraulic compressing, automatic maintaining pressure
2. Frame made of high-quality Q345 carbon steel with sandblasting processing can be coated with SS304 or 316L for meeting high requirements.
3. Hydraulic station equipped with ABB brand motor, closing pressure can reach 18-20MPa.
4. Control system use Siemens PLC, can realize automatic operation includes feeding, filtration, cake discharging function.
5.  Stainless steel track for plate shifter.
6. Customized model and product are available.

The delivery time is within 30 working days. But when the crushing plant is big and the customers have special requirement on the crushing plant, the delivery could be extended.

Our warranty period is 1 year. Wearing parts and problem coursed by worker's wrong operation are not included.

4. What's the after sale service of your company?
We will provide foundation drawing to the clients for intallation. Besides, we can provide guidance service for installation and operation of workers, etc.

5. Can your company provide wearing parts?
We can produce wearing parts for our clients. If your equipment are not manufactured by our company, please provide us the wearing parts drawing.
