Exceptional Filtration Precision: By utilizing filter plates with varying pore sizes and materials (such as filter paper, cloth, or membrane), it achieves high-precision filtration from the micrometer down to the sub-micrometer level, resulting in exceptionally clear filtrate.
Superior Hygiene Standards: The all-stainless steel (typically 304 or 316L) construction, combined with a high surface finish, allows for thorough cleaning and sterilization (CIP/SIP), fully complying with industry standards such as GMP and FDA for food and pharmaceutical applications.
Reliable Solid Phase Collection: The filter cake (solids) formed during filtration is completely retained between the filter cloths, facilitating the recovery of valuable solid products (e.g., catalysts) or enabling further processing.
