Advantage of Membrane Filter Press 

• Filtration of fermented mature beer:
  The fermented mature beer contains residual yeast and protein coagulation, etc., use a diaphragm filter press for coarse filtration, and then use a bag filter (or filter element filter, candle filter) fine filter.
  Filtration and recovery of yeast slurry:
  The yeast slurry deposited in the beer fermentation tank must be discharged regularly. This yeast slurry is a slightly acidic mixed solution with a solid phase mass fraction of 5% to 9%, in which beer equivalent to 1% to 2% of the total beer can be recovered. The plate and frame filter press with pressing function can be used to press and filter the yeast slurry, and the filtrate can be returned to the large tank for fermentation through the recovery pipeline, and the pressed yeast can be dried into yeast powder for use in the food or pharmaceutical industry.

The delivery time is within 30 working days. But when the crushing plant is big and the customers have special requirement on the crushing plant, the delivery could be extended.

The payment term is T/T.

Our warranty period is 1 year. Wearing parts and problem coursed by worker's wrong operation are not included.

4. What's the after sale service of your company?
We will provide foundation drawing to the clients for intallation. Besides, we can provide guidance service for installation and operation of workers, etc.

5. Can your company provide wearing parts?
We can produce wearing parts for our clients. If your equipment are not manufactured by our company, please provide us the wearing parts drawing.
