Candle Filter

The candle filter is an automatic filtration device that uses a filter cartridge as the skeleton, with filter cloth and the resulting filter cake layer serving as the filtering medium. It operates by applying pump pressure to achieve liquid clarification. This equipment is widely used in various industries, including chemical and petrochemical processing, pharmaceutical manufacturing, food and beverage production, fine chemical engineering, water treatment, as well as mining and metallurgy.

Fully Enclosed Design  

The entire process takes place within a sealed container, preventing material contact with air. This ensures protection against contamination, volatilization, and oxidation, meeting GMP and environmental protection requirements.

Reverse Blow Discharge  

Upon completion of filtration, compressed air is used to reverse blow the filter candles, causing the dry filter cake to automatically detach.

Automatic Filter Cloth Cleaning

Reverse flushing of the filter cloth thoroughly removes residual particles, allowing the cloth to be reused after cleaning.

PLC Automated Control  

The entire filtration process flow – from filtration → drying → discharge → cleaning – is automatically controlled by a PLC system. This enables simple, user-friendly operation while minimizing manual intervention to the greatest extent, ensuring stable process performance and making it an ideal choice for continuous production.

High-Precision Filtration  

By selecting filter cloths of different pore sizes combined with the precoat layer formed by filter aid, filtration requirements ranging from coarse to ultra-fine can be met.
