     Yuwei leaf filter is composed of shell, filter mesh, cover lifting mechanism, automatic slag discharging device. It can also be customized according to the different filtration media. The filter mesh is composed of multi-layer stainless steel mesh, which is installed on the central aggregate pipe, and it is very convenient to install and disassemble.
     After the filter aid is mixed with the material in the mixing cylinder, a stable filter cake layer will be formed on the filter mesh through the circulation of the conveying pump, that is, the filter aid is precoated. In the process of filtering, numerous tiny channels will be formed by filter aid particles and suspended debris will be trapped. The cake will not be blocked by adding a diatomite filter aid to form a new filter layer.

Features

      1. Mechanical vibration for automatic slag removal, open the butterfly valve, start the vibration slag removal device, and remove the slag by vibration to reduce the labor intensity of workers.

     2. The specially customized filter plate does not need filter cloth and paper. The automatic slag removal filter uses a specially made stainless steel composite woven filter screen, which is corrosion resistant, easy to clean, has a long service life, can be used continuously for 3-5 years, and has low maintenance cost.

     3. Closed and environmentally friendly, in line with environmental protection standards, pipeline connection, fully closed filtration, products do not volatilize, do not throw away, and have good quality.

    4. High energy saving efficiency, filtering the residue or activated carbon (clay) in the liquid, or decolorization filtering, can replace the plate and frame filter.

1. How long is the delivery time of your product?

    The delivery time is within 30 working days. But when the crushing plant is big and the customers have special requirement on the crushing plant, the delivery could be extended.

2. How long is the product warranty period?

   Our warranty period is 1 year. Wearing parts and problem coursed by worker's wrong operation are not included.

3. What's the after sale service of your company?

   We will provide foundation drawing to the clients for intallation. Besides, we can provide guidance service for installation and operation of workers, etc.

4. Can your company provide wearing parts?

   We can produce wearing parts for our clients. If your equipment are not manufactured by our company, please provide us the wearing parts drawing.
