Functions of Automatic Chemical Dosing Machine

     Function 1: Dry powder dosing device: The equipment is equipped with a dry powder dosing device, and the volume of the feeding hopper is large, which can reduce the number of dry powder dosing. According to the required concentration, prepare the medicament (powder) to be added.
    Function 2: Water inlet unit: The water inlet unit of the equipment is composed of a solenoid valve, a pressure gauge, and a flow meter to obtain a certain amount of water, so that the water and the medicament (powder) to be added are prepared in a certain proportion.
   Function 3: Solution tank: The equipment is equipped with a solution tank, there are two tank and three tank options, each tank is installed with an electric stainless steel mixer, which can be fully mixed after the solute and water are configured in a certain proportion.
   Function 4: Automatic liquid level control instrument: when the liquid level rises to a certain point, it can automatically start and stop to ensure the continuity of the automatic chemical dosing machine.
