High Pressure Round Plate Filter Press

The high-pressure round plate filter press is a kind of equipment improved on the basis of the square filter plate and combined with the needs of the industry. Although there are obvious differences in appearance, the working principle is the same as that of the ordinary chamber filter press. The biggest advantage of the high-pressure round plate filter press is that the round plate filter press has the advantages of stable operation, high feed pressure, and low moisture content of the filter cake. Compared with the ordinary plate and frame filter press, the feeding pressure of the high-pres-sure round plate filter press can reach 4.0MPa.

We offer two types of filter plates: standard plates and German-standard (DIN) plates. Standard plates feature a universal recessed chamber design, providing reliable performance and excellent cost-effectiveness for most conventional dewatering applications. German-standard plates are manufactured to German specifications, delivering higher structural precision, tighter filter chamber sealing, and enhanced pressure resistance. A key advantage of our German-standard plates is the ability to customize the raw material formulation based on the customer's specific material characteristics. By adjusting the polypropylene blend, we can optimize the plates for factors such as chemical resistance, temperature tolerance, or abrasion resistance to precisely match the properties of the slurry being processed. This targeted formulation ensures superior filtration stability and extends plate service life in demanding production environments.
